How do you ensure the fruit arrives fresh?

We harvest our fruit at the peak of ripeness and ship via overnight or 2-day express delivery. Each box is carefully packed with protective materials to ensure your tropical treats arrive in pristine condition.

Where do you ship your fruit from?

All of our fruit is sourced from local farms in South Florida or imported from sustainable growers in tropical regions, then shipped directly from our warehouse in Miami.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes, as soon as your order is processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your fruit's journey.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your fruit arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can issue a replacement or refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states and select territories. We cannot ship fresh fruit internationally at this time due to strict agricultural customs regulations.

How should I store my fruit once it arrives?

Each box includes a ripening guide. Generally, most tropical fruits should be kept at room temperature until they are soft and fragrant, after which they can be refrigerated to extend their shelf life.
